The snorkeling at Salt Pond is really good Great after hiking Ram’s Head Snorkeling at Maho is better than Trunk by far Next time you are in Coral Bay try Miss Lucy’s They have the best grouper sandwiches Service can be slow but worth the wait

Beware of sea lice! They are small baby jellyfish, that sting you in the water They are mainly in the afternoon, and especially at Maho!

I went to Rams Head sometime in early 1981 for a 6th grade class trip I don't know if you know, but that is where the slaves that revolted on STJ threw themselves off of to die rather than be captured There are stories about those vats in the sugar plantations and "bad" slaves being thrown into them, alive There was a good chance in the 1700s and 1800s if you ate sugar products, you were a cannibal
