I like 3A more for some reason Maybe because I think the space is more reasonable for me, and I definitely love the views! I love how both units have a stall shower and soaking tub to suit whatever someone would prefer on any given day The industrial ceiling makes sense for the neighborhood and history Another highlight is how the appliances are camouflaged into the cabinet space I appreciate the quietness of the neighborhood as well I would just prefer larger closets

You can't really see the sea or the statue of liberty unless you have a telescope The floor is an unfashionable colour The outside view is overhead wires and telegraph poles Badly filled potholes on tbe cobbles The lavatory is not central to the space between the wall and sink The tub doesn't look big enough to actually lay in The trees are still in their potsbrIt's a shame the floor is not the right colour and it's too far away

Hey Tom - so what are the ‘TH’ units verses the ‘PH’ units? Also - once owned what can the residents do to the patio as far as creating a more ‘homey’ outdoor space? Can the do as they wish and put plantings, lighting, hot tub, furnishings, lighting, artwork and whatnot ( even a nice putting green would be cool!) or are there restrictions

Great walk throughs! I liked them both, would lean towards 3B just for the powder room and extra bedroom I think the hardwood floors and millwork in the kitchen softens the look and contrasts well with the concrete ceilings I also like the walk in showers! Much prefer a nice shower to a tub, no matter how fancy the tub is 🤷‍♂️🤣 The views are awesome as well!
