Thanks for the video, I lived in East London for 17 years, and miss it so much! Definitely visit Gonubie next time, the beach is the best in East London, with an amazing lagoon and beautiful cliffs My best tip for a visit to any East London beach is: Go Early Same as in Durban The best time for a swim is between 6 and 9:30 At 10 the wind picks up, and it becomes unpleasant After a swim you can walk along the boardwalk and breakfast at the pancake house You picked a great spot to stay, we actually wanted to buy that house some years ago, especially for the view, but ended up closer to the beach I would definitely suggest staying in Gonubie as well, you'll find great airbnb's and also fantastic BnB's Comment from : Olga Du Preez |
