There is a studio in north Hollywood called The Steakhouse Studio They have this little writing room upstairs, and a drum room that small like that and similar cedar wood vibe and they get amazing drum sound out of that little room Wally Reyes Jr, the current drummer for Chicago insisted we record him there this one time it was great When i seen the room i was worried but got an amazing drum sound out of that room Comment from : GotYor |

Gosh I love your videos! Another killer home studio! I love how resourceful Ben is with his Instagram setup!brbrSuper duper random, but it looks like you're using some level of auto exposure - sometimes the exposure suddenly jumps up a stop If you want to try to eliminate this, you could either set your camera to manual exposure and do it yourself, OR you could play around with the auto settings to tell it to automatically adjust IRIS, ISO, or Shutter Speed to see if that's a smoother transition! Food for thought! As I said, great video as always! I'm just tryna help a brother! Comment from : Matthew Williford |

Great Jimmy Page approach with the tiny Supro! He was also famous for saying "Distance equals depth" re: mic placement The little low watts make that easier to achieve in the average project studiobrThe '64 Reverb is literally on my list! Cheers, brother Comment from : Siriusly |

Not sure the dimensions of his space but Ben is killing it I have a home studio that needs some acoustic elements added to the walls and it’s done My space is 10 1/2 by 10 1/2 and I want it to be bigger but watching this makes me embarrassed to think that I need more space I just need to organize my recording gig better and finish the acoustics on the wall and it’s ready Comment from : C B |
It's amazing how the pandemic proved that musicians are insanely able to adapt Comment from : gonzorudeboy |
One of my favorite channels (: this is exactly what I want to do! Maybe not make YouTube videos, not to sure how many people would even care to see what I’d be doing But it is my passion and I love having nice gear and been playing the drums for 18 on going years and just recently picked up the guitar and needless to say watching you gives me inspiration to do it myself and record my own thoughts 💭 One day and one step At a time nothing is all at once it’s always piece by piece over time Love having family jam time too with my girls, hope your family is doing well mate(: Comment from : Spencer Harding |
Genios los 2!! saludos desde Argentina! Comment from : Gonza Diaz- DrumsDelivery |

Great point on “no excuses” Many musicians fall prey to the “I need more space, more gear, better xyz”, rather than making the most and knowing the gear you havebrBen seems like a cool guy too Great vid! Comment from : Mick P22 |

I need to show this to my roommates cuz our studio is a bit of a mess y'all know how it goes :P brThis reminds me of the way my dad organize shit after 40 years + of touring and recording experience as an engineer, player, guitar tech, cinema recordist, name it I always trust someone who get their furniture from U-haul - shoutout to U-haul for maintaining my practice space in btheir/b building too, alongside like 400 others, they really don't have to do this Not every big corporation is evil! I think Ben is sponsored by PDP, not sure tho :P Comment from : Jas Bataille |
Looks still beautiful studio Comment from : Jeorje Dizon |
