Travel broadens the mind and the hardship broadens it the most I think I've been really privileged to have travelled to a lot of places, often having to rough it on a budget when I was younger and sometimes it was a bit gruelling but it made it real and gave me an appreciation that the bubble I grew up in in Europe is exactly that Its great that you kept it real and showed us sorting out your thoughts and conflicts about that It was very honest and its what all of us in wealthy countries can learn a lot from doing Keep travelling! I have been through something similar about twenty years ago but it was only a 4 hour journey which turned into a 6 - 8 hours I didn't have even a simple mobile phone at that time let alone a smartphone to contact my family I felt very alone and heartbroken I was in my 20s It seems somewhat laughable now but considering the amount of unknown fear and distrust I had towards the world (media propaganda, negative news 24x7, etc), lack of knowledge, lack of infrastructure, etc it was definitely a genuine emotional struggle for my younger self at that point of time Comment from : Ravi Agarwal |

Well, you should have gotten to know the You Tuber Natasha from Natasha's Adventures ( she grew up in Spassk Delny ) She lives in Kabavarsk (oh, how every you spell that cities name) & she quite often travels by rail in the same set of tacks you where on She could have clued you in on all the problems and complaints that she has encountered on these trains I get the impression that she would tell you that train travel in Siberia & Eastern Russia just plain sucks Bad news, packaged and commercial Ramon Noodles contain an oil that makes them undigestable They pass right through your gut and out of your body without leaving anything of value in it Eat them long enough and you will starve to death and die The salt packets just raise your blood pressure and could possibly give you a stroke Only homemade, natural Ramon has nutrients and is digestible No wonder you started to feel so bad Comment from : Information Collection Post 357 |
