I did not have a Utube account when you started this 9 yrs ago & so l am enjoying these old gems!👍🏻😄 There are two things in particular l have noticed in these old ones, as in newer ones, is how incredibly respectful you are, always removing your shoes, which I do in my own apartment & any other home l visit And how you always find the nicest elements and make the loveliest comments during your visits You make bevery/b home owner feel as if theirs is the most special little home ever That is a remarkable gift to share with others! And every person who attempts this really does deserve a pat on the back, l truly admire such brave & gutsy people! Especially those who have chosen to do it on the road I am too old & chicken now, lol!😉brThis wee nest is truly beautiful; immaculate, lots of brightness, & gorgeous finishes 👍🏻😄🐾🌈☮️🇨🇦

I'm truly sorry but I do not like this little house The "hidden" kitchen is clever (I do like that) but the rest it's like a plywood like I said, I'm sorry but that's a "no" from me primarily because I cannot fathom anyway to fix it

Thanks Connie for letting us see into your private space Another advantage of being in a communal living area is the safety/security aspect Connie must feel safe being a more senior lady Its a shame the shire had that attitude to the grey water hopefully now time has moved on they have revised their way of thinking Afterall whats the point in having allowing an Eco site only to insist they follow non eco practices But being the first Tiny House there everyone had a lot to learn Thanks Bryce and to your lovely lady cheers from WesternAustralia🥰🤗

Hmm, I think the narrower footprint is to accommodate guttering I'm curious about a connection system for gutters that just has a fascia which you can snap the gutter into when you set up your tiny in its park

I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who noticed how Bryce evolved since 2014 In here you see he's laying on the bed, holding a broom, keeps saying ''so'' before each sentenceof course I'm not saying this in a negative way AT ALL I'm only observing as I watch this video I do think he's adorable since day one, and I can tell he's been improving, just like anyone would

This is such a cute tiny and the owner is so happy it fits her perfectly living in this community - I think she has done great even though she paid more than anticipated The advantage over a self build is the finishing and quality of craftsmanship which many tinies don't have
