Yes indeed this is Kelowna ,, no question the better side ,,, obviously you didn't move up a couple of blocks around Leon Plenty of homeless souls, souls with mental issues, drug dealers, pimps and hookers Don't even consider moving here unless you have plenty of money Rental accommodation is ridiculously high, food prices are extremely expensive and house prices are amongst the highest in CanadabrThe crime rate in our city is about the highest in Canada ( issues related to transients especially in the summertime ) As far as health care is concerned there are numerous walk in clinics, finding a family doctor is very difficult at times brPlenty of higher end restaurants in town, with a number of them you will definitely find, low quality food, high prices, small portions and indifferent service Sports, if you are a golfer ( like I am ) don't expect to secure membership at any of the golf clubs in this area There are no memberships available at any of the local golf clubs, green fees will average $ 13500 ( cart and tax included )brbrPlenty of employment in the service trade ,, $ 15 / $ 1800 per hour ,,, try and survive here on that wage ! But Kelowna certainly is a lovely city and has plenty on the plus side I seen numerous video clips on You-Tube regarding Kelowna ,, most of them place by real estate agents, don't trust them in any way shape or form If you really are contemplating moving to Kelowna you simply deserve to know the FULL story and not the " rosy " one's that real estate agents post

Everything that I've seen about Kelowna really makes me want to move there The Summer weather looks just outstanding and with very little wind year round - Here is Guelph Ontario, its so windy almost all the time that it makes me not want to go outside at all
