I’m so mistreated in the work place I spend most of my life at work Most of my life I’m mistreated I grew up with an abusive mom so everyone thinks it’s ok Everyday I am in pain cause the more it happens the more it hurts I don’t know how to make it better

We had a great pay/compensation system, with a very good wage, to begin with Secondly we had all the good benefits Thirdly, and not usually a talking-point, we had job-site amenities: Large staff kitchen/dining room Shower/locker room Provided uniforms/laundry service Some basic/essential implement/tools provided Gated parking And lastly, we didn't have bosses/managers "breathing down our necks," micromanaging our minute-by-minute or task-by-task behaviors We did our own thing and kept management totally in the loop as best we could Management, for the most part, relied on us workers, our input on situations, as to how to plan subsequent projects, support existing ones, delegate workers, order equipment/supplies, etc So most of us were very happy at work! I loved!! my job (retired now) But as for "trust and respect," we certainly had that -We didn't have a timeclock! We didn't sign-in/out We simply were paid for a straight 8 hr shift unless we completed/submitted an OT card for more time worked There were also several other kinds of "leave" cards (vacation, sick/Dr app etc) that could be submitted We did have a lot of employee turnover But the turnover, in my opinion, was not the result of a bad workplace environment or toxic managers Our society seems to have evolved a toxic culture which causes people to be excessively dysfunctional Many new hires just seemed to have all sorts of major problems going on, and were unable to hold-it-together for the long term So they'd end up being phased off the schedule either due to substance addiction (relapse), or from frequently calling-in sick, constantly using any available sick leave they'd accrue So in my mind, there's something afoot in our society that's messing people up mentally to the extent that they don't seem to recognize a high quality job (with very socially responsible employer) when they have one!!

There are some things presented here in an idealistic manner that generalizes far too much for specific application brbrWe’re in a world that doesn’t value long job tenure as much as it did in previous generations brbrThe key is to spend your time improving your recruitment, hiring, and training to weather the ups and downs of motivation and morale brbrNo company can control it all And at the end of the day employees are either going to be productive or unproductive Some will be happy Others will not Regardless, Treat everyone how you wish to be treated and don’t wast your time trying to make everyone happy brbrBe the boss That means nobody is going to love you But hopefully you get a few that look up to you

Short however so sweet It’s exactly why I am quitting my job to start my own company A company is only as good as it’s employees and when you patronize or ignore your employees, well let’s just say I’m not going to give 100 percent to someone who doesn’t have the slightest care to as what I think especially when I’m the one doing all the work Once I get my license and put my resignation in, I’m going to send my employer this video for the reason why I quit I work, soon will be worked for a roofing and siding contractor, out of 18 employees I am the only American and the only bilingual English-Spanish speaking employee(boss Russian and English speaking) and once I get my license I have no doubt all his Spanish speaking employees will not hesitate to jump ship Thank you Special Places of Ocean City, NJ you’ve taught me a lot about trust and now I will teach you a lesson in respect!,,

Many people that run companies lack compassion and communication when it comes to their employees They lack management skills The main focus is money A happy well rounded employee will always make you money Take care of them and they will take care of you Let them do their job

This is too ideal and I totally agree with everyone of them However, the reality is not the same as everyone hope for The employers do not trust you or respect because you are lower in rank than them The one on top didn’t want to listen to you because your opinions won’t matter even though we have team meeting everyday, 2x per day And lastly, whenever someone tries to transfer, they magically get disciplines for some rumors of complaints without investigating or listening to both sides of the story So you end up staying in that unit years after years, consecutively

When you say balance, and you speak about pay That's when I call bullshit I think is a person does good work they should get paid based on that But so bring the female thing in is crap I worked at a few place that had mostly females work in working, when pay increases came everyone got the same Which was total crap Because not all the females or males did the same or put the same effort or pride in the work they did, a lot just created more work for others, and some did nothing but sit on the phone, online most of the shift That was in regards to both men a women So if you did this in regards to one country and not the whole world this would be different, because every country is different So you're studying was a waist of time and money You can't put people in the whole world on the same level Redo this, and take it country by country, not meshing everything together

for me this dont work , first im not in love with money anymore , i do a lot less than before but im having more free time for myself and what make me happy at my actual work is this : again it s time , time pass by very quickly when im at work , even if a boss is mad , or a unhappy coworker cant shut is mouthas long as i dont feel that day was a 20 hours workday while it was actualy 8 hours I would say that now i feel like i work only a 4/5 hour in my day when it s 9h ^^
