First mistake is @1:55 The 'CustomerID' attribute (or Field name) in the 'Customer' table should be a Primary Key (PK) in order for you to apply 'Relational Integrity' (RI) to other tables via this field Second mistake is when the customer's name is in the 'Customer' table it is NOT needed as a field in the Orders table Granted that field could be used as the name of the person the items are being shipped to but in that case it should be names accordingly (eg 'Ship_To_Name') Note that the address fields would be needed because the ordered products may need to be shipped to a different address as well as to a different name (see above) than that of the customer Comment from : DiGiaCom Tech |
