Singapore - way larger populace and goods moving around - its in a choke point - it has far better infrastructure than Jamaica and even if Jamaca becomes just as well developed in every way Singapore is soon going to be the rail link between Oceania and Asia/Europe/Africa So it may get everything Singapore has, but it doesn't have everything that Singapore has going for it, going for Jamaica and I'm sure it will never have rail links to it and North/Central/South America
