First time viewer here So my employer just cut our wages from about 27 dollars down to 21 per hour I can't seem to get past this, and the greed of my employer I went from enjoying myself job to absolutely hating it Any help would be great Thank you

As a server/bartender I am grateful for the opportunity to interact with various people, learn, grow, and more share positivity And the ability to usually take home money that day rather than wait for a paycheckbrEven when there’s some outlier who leaves 5 on a 100 check (meaning I get taxed as if I made 12, and actually made -1 with 6 tip share, there’s always someone leaving a generous tip br (servers sole source of income)

Best thing to do is focus on the present and dealing with things one situation at a time Being prepared is great, but remembering to be present and process things at your own pace gives that control back to you and it instantly makes me feel more happy in any situation

I like your tip about controlling your environment Bringing that little feeling of home into your work environment makes a big difference When I was in corporate america, I worked in a seriously toxic environment, but decorating my office with things from home reminded me that I am loved and there was more to life than that awful job
