I left the DC area for Denver I hate it here Everything is brown No nature People aren't friendly Too much violent crime Homes are too pricey Too many druggies Hardly anyone I meet even went to college brbr I may visit Raleigh and if I like it, I'll move the end of the year

I lived in Raleigh for 15 years, good barbecue, some good restaurants, you definitely have to be either an NC-State or UNC fan it seems, and a lot of good golf courses around the area Otherwise, the summers are too hot, and it's not a place that has a lot going on, somewhat boring compared to bigger and larger cities
