I researched Russian real estate before the war, and thought expensive in the cities but rural was better Your prices might beat my Washington state, but not a cheap state like Texas I've always avoided apartments, but I'm sure there are and could be exceptions I need a shop/garage though

In belgium, we call a 50m² appartment, a studio Mostly for students, that go to there big house from there parents in the weekend A superior way of living? Living in a box, isnt superior, thats for dogs Its good, you like it that way, but thats not what most people want

To World Traveling tv I live in Knoxville TN It's far from perfect and prices have gone way up but people are friendly and there's a sense of community The city, not the whole county I'd also recommend Chattanooga Lots of beautiful areas in TN but often spread out, more rural or small towns

I'm confused about the prices and square footage So it's 500 square feet per family? And how many bedrooms? In America right now a two-bedroom is about 1400 a month us and this will get you two bed rooms and one-and-a-half bathroom brbrWhen I was a child and a teenager I would have hated to live in apartment, but as an old adult I really enjoyed the easiness of apartment life I wonder if it's the same for other people?

3-4k per sqm sounds like a lot, considering the average salaries there Urban planning patterns may be similar across the country, but not all of Russia is Moscow, nor is all of the US like Cali, or the part where you lived Having an opinion is fine, and you have made it quite clear that you were unhappy in the US However, being too judgemental, especially based on limited observations, may not be everybody's cup of tea Probably worth considering if you wish to grow your channel

I lived in California for 50 years in both single family houses and apartments Housing prices inUS have gone up a great deal everywhere in US in last 25 yrs We lack affordable housing 16 yrs ago I bought my small house (830 sq ft) for $70,000 Now I could sell it for $150k I live in a small southern city, walking distance to shops and a bus stop across the street I have a small garden, good neighbors, no real crime, low property taxes So a lot depends on where you live I wish you'd had a better experience living in USA I'm 74 yrs old, have lived in and visited other countries Each place s different, and we have our individual preferences I'm glad you're happy living in your home country We all need to work for better lives for all
