If you want another place for authetic German dishes, there's a place in Kelowna, British Columbia (yes, canada) called Wood Fire Bakery I know it doesnt sound like anything special, but their german comfort food there is to die for In particular, get their braised ham hock About 5 hour drive east of Vancouver Comment from : somishows |

Wow what a change since 1967, the last time I visited from Calgary with the whole family, celebrating Canadas Centennial year since Confederation together with our family along with a tent trailer which my dad rented for the three weeks we stayed in the US for a whopping $75 dollars at the time!
