Loved your video, nice edit Speaking as a Norwegian I can honestly say but one thing if you decide to come visit again: Oh boy, you have noe idea what is waiting for you 🙂Just like you say, there are way more places to see and things to do close to the places you've already been, but if you make your way up north you will have views you can't even imagine Lofoten is spectacular for it's scenery, and if Lofoten is spectacular, Senja is completely off the charts Senja is often referred to as Little Norway because it's made up of all the landscape traits that describes all of Norways topographical features from the lowlands in the east to the fjords carving scars into the mountainous west If I may I'd like to suggest a channel that will serve as an excellent inspirational source of knowledge on where to go and what to see Matthew Tolley moved from GB to Norway a fair few years ago and he's spent a lot of his spare time bikepacking around Norway It's sort of fitting that you call your channel TheSlowTraveler because that is exactly what Matthew is when exploring Norway at 20kph Travelling by bike you not only get to enjoy the views, you will experience the going up and coming down, you'll hear the sounds and you'll smell the smells The downside, to many, is the time required to travel this way So with that said, please have a look at MatthewNorway's content on wwwyoutubecom/@matthewnorway/videos Good luck planning and welcome back 🙂 Comment from : Asbjørn Kristiansen |

Obviously, when you live at a fjord fisheries will take place but these towns weren't and aren't fishing villiages, they were often farmsteads or communication "hubs" — it was musch, much easier to travel by boat than over land Odda owns its modern existance on the production of Calcium carbide )and derivatives) based on local hydroelectric powerbrThat whale sausage you mentioned was in all probability made from Minke whale, not an Orca brThe Minke is not an endarngered species; the 2022 quota was 917 out of a poulation in Norwegian water of an estimated 107,000 There are reasons to oppose whaling but the danger of extinction of this species is not validbrBergen is the wettest city in Europe (average yearly 2250 mm) but is by far not the wettest place in Norway The wettest weather station is in Takle in tyhe Sogn og Fjordane distric, with an annual average of 2,974 mm Comment from : Eivind Kaisen |
