The major issue of my is the tone, my colleagues said that my E-mail tone sounds like bit aggressive or offend, but when I double chack my E-mail I just using business english & formal english, brThe result I discovered that if you use too much business engilsh it sound aggressive (at least to my colleagues), I still don't know how to solve this problem

'Business English' is a rather general term and word choice depends entirely on who your audience is Savvy CEOs use more words and phrases from the left side of this list when they're writing to employees - and certainly when they're communicating with the public A switched-on employee in marketing would write 'get in touch' (rather than 'contact') if they were trying to persuade customers to buy a service It sounds more personable - a friendlier and more approachable voice brbrOn the whole, using plain English is more effective It's easier to understand You get your point over more quickly You sound more human The only word from the left hand side I wouldn't use is 'got', which always sounds crass in business writing On the other hand, some verbs like 'eleborate' have a more precise meaning than 'talk more' (which could be interpreted in at least two different ways) 'Explain' is a softer, more inviting verb than the cocky-sounding 'let me tell you why' brbrAll this depends on having a good understanding of who you're writing to and choosing a tone of voice that will likely yield the best results
