I like the style of this video a little walking tour I would love to see the same with Riohacha I think that city has some serious foreign tourism potential as the the jumping off point for Alta Guajira Like you said SM has national tourism , but I think Riohacha has the resources to exploit the international market It's got a long way to go but I think the process has begun It needs to start with better access Way nicer city beaches than Santa Marta's also
