Just watched your latest public service commercial concerning your "Commitment to the Gulf" I'll bet, with a few details changed, you would have released an almost identical commercial a week before the spill if you had felt it necessary Reminds me of the "brown 25" Uranus Corp public service commercial from The Groove Tube To paraphrase; "After 3 years of study and several million dollars spent, we produced this commercial"

My dad works for one of the more environmentally-friendly oil companies He says the problem today is that a lot of the oil companies look like they're all the same, when they're not Companies that do care spend their money on environmental cares, while companies who don't spend that money on PR and getting good lawyers Ironically, the good companies can often get in more trouble for less than the bad ones because they spend less on their legal teams

I support Bp My parents own several Bp stations, but they are all privately owned and run by hardworking Americans Our income does not reflect anyone here who want to bring down Bp because we make a great living off all of you If Bp wasn't making an attempt to clean up their act than we would have accepted a 450k deposit from mobil or shell for EACH gas station we own and change our titles Yet in South Florida Bp sales rules and we are still profiting from gas, groceries and car washes
