I like your remarks about qualities a tour guide must have,however, I would add another important quality that a tour guide have to be aware of,which is how to understand the guests psychological background of travelers There are different people with different moods such the nurturer,adventurer,organizer and thinker another important element of a tour guide is being able to differentiate between different nationalities cultural background to avoid what we d call a cultural shock
