Mr Bali i adviced paper filter coffee because coffee has oil in it and when you use paper filter the oil get stuck in paper filterwith Mattel screen/filter it’s like drinking like straight liquor without waterthat’s spikes cholesterol levels very high And ghee omg Think about it I walk about 13 km everyday on my job coffee & ghee spiked my numbers on borderline Take care Have a great day sir Comment from : Anant Choda |

Mr Bali you are doing excellent work Thanks for your hard work and all the details in every place you visit Just want to give you friendly advice I saw your all the videos at lunch/dinner you put lots of gee in your food and you always drink filtered coffee Please go to the Doctor and have him do your blood test and check cholesterol level The coffee you drink I know it’s very tasty but drink paper filter coffee not the one they make it I love the Starbucks coffee and i bought it and I was making at home just like Indian styled Very delicious but raised my cholesterol levelsI’m borderline Without paper filter coffee will spike your cholesterol level You can google it I’m from USA After blood test please let me know stay safe healthwiseI will wait for your response Thanks Comment from : Anant Choda |
