That surendra has just screwed the entire fun of eating gongura, kandi podi , karvepaaku podi and pappu The proper way is to eat each of that separately We can taste bit of aavakayi along with kandi podi with ghee and that taste is different but to relish each item you have to eat them seprately i have never seen somebody eating karvepaku podi mixing with gongura 🤣🤣🤣 they are completely different tastes and they are not meant to be eaten together I guess he probably wanted to explain you something different and you understood it completely wrong or he just lost it the reason for me to comment here you would have equally enjoyed karvapaku podi and gongura ofcourse if eaten separately and pls never eat any pappy other than plain pappu mixing with any curry or pickle coz each pappu will have different flavours and you will lost the essence of the original flavour if you mix with something which doesnt compliment the original dish This i am saying coz i myself an Andhrite my two cents but thanks for your lovely video and i have observed that you were genuinely excited in the kitchen while eating putarekulu and during the entire process of how andhra dishes are cooked this is how your videos are completely different from others as you indulge in lots of conversations with chefs and make them feel comfort but at the same time you will try to get as much info abt the whole process you show us all those visuals which otherwise we can never be able to view them in real life Pls keep posting more videos Happy eating Kripal ji Comment from : dilbarmano |
