In regards with your question, "Which regulator has the greatest impact to you or your business?"brThe regulator with the most impact on businesses would be the National Government, as they are the most powerful when it comes to decision-making, so the policies they implement would directly have effects on us The final decision they make could have a big change, and it could even divide opinions One example is the recent issue on the need to acquire business permits amidst the pandemic for online businesses Online sellers went on rage, as the processing of documents for such registration is not easy, especially on a situation like this DTI also claims that the registration is only for the regulation of the businesses online, and it but an opportunity for growth in terms of access to government programs and incentives But since it was already implemented, we should comply, and the people who would fail to do so, would incur penalties

Thank you very much for this video lecture, Sir Argel I learned a lot and as for your question, in my opinion, International Trade has the biggest impact to local businesses, including the small ones since having global exportation can make your business grow quickly However, the negative impact will be big if you cannot maintain or handle the competition Sometimes, their laws are different to ours so if small business couldn't keep track to those, chances of succeeding for a long period of time would be very hard

For me, the local government has the greatest impact for my business Local government issues the permits needed to operate a business, they also have the capacity to shut down it Also, the LGU implements ordinances and laws that the business should follow first

Thank you sir for this informative video Regarding to your question "Which regulator has the greatest impact to you or your business" As for me The UN International Bodies has the greatest impact As you have said earlier that it is exclusive for world wide And since we are in a tourism industry it doesn't mean that you should only focus on your own country (for domestic) Being a travel agent, tour operator or tour guide you should also consider other countries (international flight) as you've given example the pandemic right now the things to be consider is the safety, capacity, security all in all it should be universally accesible tourism
