Correction: Obeservation deck of Kuwait Towers is not opened recently It is been opened after the 1st Gulf War as it was heavily damagedI visited many time to this small sphere Resturant is below with much bigger sphere Umair bhai is slightly giving a wrong info @ 5:07 Resturant and Obeservation Deck was always there Nothing is been changed So many of my tourist relatives visited the Kuwait Towers back in 1990s & 2000s
