I run/walk the Niagara Falls Marathon every year & it ends right at the Skylon Tower on the Canadian side It’s a beautiful course & the medal has both the US & Canadian flags on it The tourist traffic on the Canadian side is definitely more built up, but that’s also because Toronto is so much closer If NYC was an hour from Niagara Falls NY I’m sure it’d be the same I’m hoping it improves but I guess we’ll see

I have visited umbrella waterfall but I didn't enjoy too much because I had fearalso because the water was not looking so attractive to me the place also hadn't proper cleaning systemone of other reason was that we had to go down first and the way was very dangerous and stones were slippery so we went down carefully

Fun facts: The Americans release treated sewage into the Niagara River about 05 miles upstream of the falls "Look mom, thousands of tiny brown rocks coming down the falls" Also, Americans built numerous chemical waste disposal sites along the river upstream of the falls at various times One site, the former Hooker Chemical Company waste disposal dump, resulted in the worst environmental disaster in US history, the infamous 'Love Canal' poisoning of a residential neighborhood built directly on top of the chemical waste Love Canal is just 6 miles upstream of the falls and practically on the bank of the Niagara River One might want to shower thoroughly after being exposed to the magical mist of the falls

Such a beautiful place, used to go there a lot with family but now it is crawling with soo many Indians I am honestly not a racist person but honestly it feels like part of India as you see just so so many of them whenever you go there Many of them unfortunately are loud and blast their terrible music in cars causing noise pollution Such a beautiful place slowly going down the drain Thanks Trudeau for your another master piece with screwing this up and inviting so many immigrants from one place only
