bCAN ANYONE HELP🤔 PLEASE?/b l am old and only had 2 cruises before one on MSCbrWe booked another on MSC - but we had to cancel our MSC cruise due to illness: we phoned them twice before the embarkation date and told them the reason we were cancelling: they said they could do "nothing" because it was only 2 weeks before we travelledbrNow they say we should have emailed them and they imight/i have helped: but nobody told me to email on either occasion when l phoned😑 had they offered to repay the cruise cost for the guy who was ill ONLY l would have accepted that We are a team you see and stick together, bbut MSC refused/b

Great ship with a wonderful crew Their Main dining hall and "Gluten Free" items could use some assitance though The quality was rather hit or miss from day to day Also recommend a drink package and visit all of the specialty restaurants for wine tasting
