All communities, large or small, have unique characteristics that, with improved planning by public management bodies, can become centers of excellence in the supply of tourism products It is important that there are entities or economic agents that besides focusing on the profit of their businesses, find in the community a way to promote the existing potential and the total involvement of the people because they constitute the greatest wealth in the maintenance of the local habits and customs, traditions that form the tourist fabric The question is, what is the role of local public entities, as far as their action is developed by financing entities and business agents? How to guarantee the continuity of these actions once the financing projects cease in order to avoid the vicious cycles of economic dependence?
