I stayed here 3 weeks ago The hotel itself is nice and it offers so much to do The downside was the food At the buffet the food was TERRIBLE, very low quality and bad tasting Even the fruit was bad You can tell it had been sitting out most day and sometimes it was spoiled Understanding it was a buffet my expectations were not high but damn it was bad We had reservations at 3 of their restaurants and while quality was better it wasn’t good The only one we enjoyed was KYOTO, the food was AMAZING!brThe beach was nice, very little sargassum A few times it was dirty with guest leaving their empty drinks everywherebrbrWon’t be staying their again Comment from : M H |

We were there in December 2022 Totally awesome resort, everything he mentions in video was exactly as we remember Only negative is the seaweed in the water Not able to enjoy the water at all I sure hope they get it cleared up soon Been twice, going again next year Comment from : Nancy Carr |
