As a UK person born by two Vietnamese parents my native language is English but I speak a decent level of Vietnamese Your comments about the limited English is a very lazy thing on your part you go to another country and say they don’t speak “my language” it’s such an entitled thing to say if you go to another country you should be trying to speak the local language… It the other way around

I was there last week and it always fascinates me I was in Saigon for a week and had lots of cups of coffee and Banh Mi I love it there I go out and see my friend who has a theatre there and support his coffee shop! brbrI've even sent coffee back to my brother in the UK to see if others would like it as much as I did! brbrIn terms of development, it's aiming for a GDP of roughly 6-7 and seems to have been able to hold off a recession and I think that's because it's taken on a lot of work from Thailand and China in terms of factories etc which is helping Also, they have a lot of young companies growing in the indexes with favourbale policies and conditions

Is it safe and worth it to visit Ha Long bay and Sapa in August in many places it mentions that it is too rainy and cruises in Ha Long are frequently cancelled and also prone to tropical storms holidays for everyone in our family is only possible in August and from the videos North Vietnam looks truly amazing, only mitigating factor is the weather so any advise will be most welcome thanks Nice and cool video

Vietnam was colonized by the French for about a century so the French architecture and influence is not surprising whatsoever if you’ve actually researched our history before visiting the countrybrbrHa Long Bay is one of the natural wonders of the world and albeit it is beautiful I wouldn’t say it is THE MOST beautiful site in our scenic rich country Overall you guys tried to give the insights of your travels to others and for that I appreciate your VLOG
