thinking that this was a band in crisis studio-wise is unbelievable Big times unbelievable! Only the War pigs execution is one of the best rendition ever of one of the ultimate heavy metal songs! And Ozzy seems over the moon, not a wreckage to discard Fucking amazing

I saw this same show (Never say Die) at Sheffield city hall on the 16th May 78, it was the first show of the tour and they had some problems with the power towards the end if i remember right, They were really on form, Supported by the unknown to me at the time Van Halen, who`s singer Dave lee Roth appeared at the back of the auditorium and ran down the aisles before leaping on to the stage

I saw this tour sept 15, 1978 at the cleveland richfield coliseum Van halen opened up I was 15 and it seems like it was yesterday Killer show One of my favs i ever saw I wore the bootleg t shirt i bought in the parking lot till it fell apart from wearing it so much Lol

I'm curious about a few things, because this is an awesome performance was this from the tour where Van Halen opened for them? Because the story goes that Black Sabbath was kind of 'out of it' and this doesn't seem to be the case here at all Secondly, only one song from Never say Die, the title track? I always thought that album got a bad rap and is nowhere near as bad as people make it out to be but they seem to be over looking it here thanks!
