The advice to eat only hot cooked food is good because it will minimise the risk of picking up unfamiliar bacteria I've noticed that Indian (!) visitors to Australia tend to get stomach upsets for the same reason I suggest you, and any traveller reading this, equip yourselves with a couple of bottles of activated charcoal tablets If you get food poisoning take the dose suggested on the bottle Activated charcoal absorbs the toxins produced by the unfamiliar bacteria Note: Do not take activated charcoal shortly after taking medication because the charcoal will absorb the medication Comment from : Rais |
