Norway would be on the bottom of or even off of my list for future travel The reasons? First, it's extremely expensive That translates into low bang-for-buck ratio Second, the people are cold and unfriendly In fact, some even tried to screw me over at airports They made my travel a miserable experience and they do not care about publicity That's the level of arrogance the Norwegians have Their wages are high and they have strong social welfare system So, they don't really care about tourism Natural beauty? Nothing more spectacular than other countries like Switzerland or New Zealand have to offer tourists All in all, I found Norway to be a big waste of my money Will never ever come back there! Your trip was very similar to mine except I did kjeragbolten instead of trolltunga! Kjerag was probably my least favorite hike so I don't think you missed much i also thought the train ride in flam was overratedHowever, I did rent a bike and biked all the way back down to Flam which was amazing!
