That's an amazing amount of work for that part Your skills are top notchbrbrI have a question though How is it cheaper for you to spend all that time making a part like that vs Getting one from the mfg Who is more setup to make these parts?brbrI'm sure whatever you charged wasn't enough Comment from : bluerider 098 |

Do you ever make more than one repair part at a time?brbrMeasuring and setup must be 70 of the time, so their might be an opportunity in selling the customer a spair for their other machines or having a ready replacement on hand if it's a common machine in your area You could market spares as insurance against the expense of downtime Comment from : D Del V |

Man… you really need to use a face shield along with your safety glasses when doing any sort of grinding or cutting I speak from experience wearing both and still having steel shards embedded in my eye 3 times working in a fab shop, the only thing that saved my vision was my contacts, those steel pieces were still in my contacts when I pulled them out of my eyes… it’s no joke Comment from : Henry Morrey |

I think each of your shop fabricated pieces deserved to be proudly stamped "CEE" for a number of reasons Future repairs, future business for new orders, and for the sheer 'f-ing' pleasure of putting your brand on a quality build Comment from : Kregg Miller |
Curtis, excellent work! I would only (respectfully) ask: why welding/tacking without gloves or a mask? Karen, your edits are great and the bloopers at the end keep us in stitches Remind Curtis that the UV damage is cumulative PPE does not stand for 🐱Prepping for Evermore I'm sure he's going to want his hands and eyes when he's 70 Comment from : Carlos Par |

Why no branding on the part, or a reference number for you, and maybe a note on it of the correct seals and bush's :p - combine them both, so you can have your brand on it (maybe with a made date) and a note of the relevant replacement parts It would be awesome :) or maybe that's your new 'CuttingEdge Blue' you used :p Comment from : Paul Sim |
