I remember when I was eleven years and a family friend came back to Jamaica from New York on vacation to visit family He took us kids on an adventure trip up the Blue Mountains, and I thought it was Heaven It was mango season, and the hills were perfumed with the scent of mangoes everywhere The valleys and peaks made for a picturesque view, and for me, it was a marvelous thing because we lived in the flat lands of Portmore, which by itself, was a beautiful community God bless Jamaica🇯🇲🇺🇸
