May I also add a tip on getting cash in Barcelona -- Banks charge a variety in fees - some charge absolutely Zero ATM fees to foreign cards holders and some charge ridiculously high fees Found an app for this - ATM Fee Saver - it gives a list of fee-free and lower fee ATMs along with their withdrawal limits Was very helpful! landed up saving so much on ATM fees Worth adding to your list, it will help a lot of international travellers!

Was in Madrid in Oct '22 with my brother and a friend of mine That friend is a great guy and makes a good amount of money and likes to tip very hard in the US While we knew tipping wasn't too much of a thing in Spain, my friend continued his hard tipping just because its something he likes to do, partly because he used to work in the service industry Let's just say his tipping was very much welcomed and sometimes we'd get a little bit extra from the bartender/waiter lol Looking at Barcelona this coming October!
