Indian Lions (in the part of the Gir national park that we are allowed to visit) are tame and slothful unlike (I'm told) in the portion (around 80 of the park area) that humans are not allowed to visit So I cannot comment meaningfully on lions Tigers and leopards don't seem to attack vehicles but tigers do attack elephants (from elephant safaris) even if there are tourists sitting atop these And unlike lions, tigers have extremely powerful hind paws and can easily jump from the ground to the top of an elephant Comment from : Arjun C |
