Blue Hill (Cerro Azul) is a good place to go with a good climate but it is not promoted as tourist zone but it is near from the center of the city like about 1 hour without traffic

Great list and good insights into visiting PTY I'm fortunate to have already been to 5 of the places you listed I've never been to the Burcu Volcano national park, but seems a bit high on the list Thx for the Santa Catalina tip, it looks beautiful and close to Isla Coiba which I hear is the best place in all of PTY for diving/snorkeling

Coiba Island in the provincia of Veraguas, the Golfo de Chiriqui, the many waterfalls in the Ngäbe Bugle Indigenous Reservation (including KIKI) are worth visiting!

Very nice presentation Thanks I believe you left out Darien, Colon, the Free Zone, Veraguas (for the Carnivals), Embera native and finally, Isla Grande Boquete is really nice in January as they celebrate the festival of flowers You mentioned Boquete is in this presentation, but I feel that everything you described of the city to be very good you left out the Flower Festival and they also have a Jazz Fest either before or after the Carnivals That depends when Carnival falls There is also Danilo Perez"s Jazz Fest in January in Panama City

You forgot many things but in Bocas del Toro there are different beaches, many in where the water is crystal clear and you can go surfing or do snorkeling Its a very laid back place and you can get the by airplane too, not just by taking the bus
