About the quality of his work The way he takes care of his shop, his equipment, attention to detail and concern with the customer's expense The fact that he does it all with no other shop Personnel was amazing He has his safety coordinator, his dog in the shop plus his supervisorial staff, the birds They do a great job! Great videos When I was in training, they instructed us to never weld when the piece to be welded was in the lathe regardless how close the ground clamp was to the electrode The reasoning was, any stray current could find it’s way into the gears and other intricate parts of the lathe and arc or otherwise cause damage Have you ever had that issue?
