As a working woman in the US who has a hard time getting days off I visited Old Jerusalem, Yad Vashem and Massada I also hike Ein Gedi ( I think that is how you spell it), so yay, you are telling me I targeted the right places in the time I was there I am definitely going back to Israel to see more, I couldn't get enough Unfortunately I can't retire there, because it is too expensive

You didn't mention Beit Shean or Megiddo I found both of them more interesting than Masada And as far as Ben Gurion, it is much different from the first time I came to Israel, 28 years ago, where you debarked the plane on the tarmac, and took a bus to the terminal At that time, there were no lines Even 20 years ago, it was more of a mass of people, pushing their way to customs officials I've been pleased to note Israelis now obey no smoking signs (mostly) and are able to queue up Also, a fun thing to do is go to a rikudei am harkada It is incredible to see a thousand people all dancing the same choreography

A new video Really interesting and great one, there seems to be a lot of things to explore in your country It would be fun to know a little more of different ethnicities in Israel I read somewhere there's a huge French speaking community in Tel Aviv, for example And also, what about the Ladino and Yiddish languages? You asked for something specific - what about doing a video looking at Haifa, and Akko? - by the way, when I first arrived in Israel, I arrived by boat into Haifa :-))) so Ben Gurion airport was not the first thing I experienced in Israel :-)))))))

Mitzpe Ramon - very exciting place to visit, with the cliff that looks like a camel, and back in the 80's there was a building telling a lot about the crater - One thing I will recommend is the tomb of Ben Gurion, at the border of the Negev - it may seem strange to visit the place but there is a kind of spiritual thing there, which is hard to describe Also Timna Valley, with the Mushroom Rock, the pillars of Salomon and Solomons mines - when I was there, we walked through the place, which took us all day, but very exciting, we also found this kind of field, where there is a lot of rocks which is egg shaped, and ofc we did not take any of the rocks - Masada, yes but be up there before the sun rice and watch the sun go up above the Jordanian mountains, you can litteraly see the sun move on the sky - I must say, I really enjoy your video's and i'm longing back to my youth, where I was in Kibbutz for a while and later on back packed through Israel from north to south

I visited in 2017for me the old town is a definite must see but lying just outside the Damascus Gate is in my opinion, another must see site especially if you are interested in Jesusthe garden tomb is a lovely oasis of calm in comparison to a busy old townit is the second possible site of the tomb where Jesus lay and was later resurrectedbrI think its a far better candidate for thisbrThe air is electric around there

Israel is a great place to visit i spent a month there in 2015 on a business trip and fell in love with the country I stayed in Haifa, which I think is a very underestimated city I didn't visit many of the Must-see sites, but that didn't matter The highlights were working directly with Israelis and taking a couple trips from Haifa to Jerusalem and enjoying the country side scenery When I visited the Western Wall, I didn't realize that men and women have separate areas, and almost walked into the women's side of the wall; fortunately a very kind guide directed me to the men's side Keep up the great videos Shalom

I've enjoyed each of your videos I've watched Thanks you for the excellent ideas I love seeing again, several of the places we visited My daughter, Shauna, gave me a Christmas gift two years ago of a 10 day tour of Israel We finally were able to book the tour for the end of November 2019 and returned to Canada December 1, 2019 I loved every minute of it all the way from Tel Aviv to Capernaum where Jesus taught in the synagogue, to the Daniel Hotel on the Dead Sea One of the highlights was to visit a water fall in En Gedi where King David may have refreshed himself Masada was on my 'bucket list" and I was not disappointed Another BL was Qumran where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered I really need to come back to Israel for another visit Most special to me was to visit the Garden Tomb

Love your verve and dedication There used to be a museum in tel aviv that covered nothing but 1st and 2nd aliyahs; i would love if you could speak about this period, about sara aaronson (i know i've spelled her name incorrectly, oh well) and her brother, and all the halutzim who really broke their backs and hearts building that country So little is shed (in the states anyway) on this history and i find it so remarkable a story Anyway, thanks for all you do and congrats on the kibbutz I lived on a northern one for 2 yrs and it changed my life 40 years ago

Oren, please do a video on the theory that the temple mount is not where the jewish temple was located while the original temple may have been under the dome of the rock, i dont know, we can see what is known as the temple mount is clearly whats left of the roman fortress we also know that herod the great builder was more interested in building structures for cesar than for the jews even the tunnels under the temple mount are in roman form, as well as fort antonia could you do an investigative video on the topic, that maybe the jewish temple was located closer to the city of david, and was not on the so called temple mount i think we will all see in the near future the truth of the matter it breaks my heart to see the jews standing at the base of a roman fortress and thinking this was the place of the Lords House
