I lived on the Peninsula for almost 20 years I wouldn't visit the city now for less than $100,000 The stores are closed, the police have all quit, the streets are open air latrines, and your car windows will be smashed even if you leave your doors unlocked and a sign in the window Granted, it was always a jungle, but it was never so bad as it is now I'm glad I left
