Great video Some of the fried food like "tortilla", yuca, hojaldre, we eat them with with a meet with tomato sauce or onion steak Also, some local white cheese You can also eat the tortilla as you did with the small hojaldre with yellow cheese on top You had a nice trip!

We did an 8 day tour in Panama several years ago and the entire time was spent around the canal I couldn't believe there was so much to learn about the canal and the area that would fill 8 days but there is We also have a dear friend who is of Chinese descent but who grew up in Panama so she speaks fluent Mandarin and Spanish She also acts as a Spanish interpreter for us in our neighborhood which creates some surprised looks from the Spanish speakers It's fun to watch

wow! didnt know you guys were planning to go here how awesome brilliant shots of the Casco Viejo area! but in the canal info did you say Sue Canal in Egypt? it's SUEZ SU-EZ! and wow, killer hotel at the end! Panama was on my list of places I wanted to get to this year but it just didnt work out I bet it is hotter than hell there on the coast right now I'm actually in San Crisobal de las Casas right now for the first time what an incredible difference from landing in Tuxtla where it was like a sauna with mosquitoes everywhere in the middle of the day to San Cris where its like perfect spring weather with no humidity and no bugs everyday! I might just have to move here
